3 | The Total Economic Impact™ Of SalesLoft Costs. The interviewed organizations incurred the following risk- and present-value adjusted costs, which have been included in the financial analysis for the composite organization: › SalesLoft licensing fees, intelligent dialer credits, and professional service fees. These costs include software licensing and other fees paid to SalesLoft for implementation support, training, and ongoing use of the SalesLoft platform, including cadence engine, human sales email, intelligent dialer, SalesLoft connect, Live Call Studio, and Meeting Intelligence. These costs totaled a PV of just over $500,000 over the three-year analysis. › Internal resource costs. These are the internal sales and IT resource and staffing costs incurred for the initial evaluation, pilot/proof of concept, implementation, and ongoing management of SalesLoft. In addition, this category includes the fully-burdened ongoing sales resource costs for content and template creation, cadence development, training, and A/B testing, along with increased staff coaching and mentoring time enabled through Live Call Studio and Meeting Intelligence. Over the three-year analysis, these costs totaled a PV of just under $1.1 million. › Training costs. These include the upfront and ongoing training costs for SalesLoft users. Training costs totaled a PV of just under $90,000 over the three-year analysis. Forrester's interviews with five existing customers and subsequent financial analysis found that an organization based on these interviewed organizations experienced benefits of $7.2 million over three years versus costs of $1.7 million, adding up to a net present value (NPV) of $5.5 million and an ROI of 329%.
